As you look into His Word today, thank God for being a perfect Father who always keeps His Word and ask Him to reassure you of His good promises (Psalm 119:38). Dear children, let’s not merely say that we love each other; let us show the truth by our actions. Our actions will show that we belong to the truth, so we will be confident when we stand before God. Even if we feel guilty, God is greater than our feelings, and he knows everything. What has he done? What is my identity as a result of God's work?

Ask the Father to make you not merely a hearer of His Word but one who does what He says (James 1:22). Remember question #4 is about putting into practical action what the Spirit calls you to do. Meanwhile, the disciples were urging Jesus, Rabbi, eat something. But Jesus replied, I have a kind of food you know nothing about. Did someone bring him food while we were gone? Thank the Father that His Word is a lamp unto your feet that lights your path. Ask Him to show you how He wants you to live in light of who He is (Psalm 119:105). This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ. Read through the passage 2-3 more times slowly.
