Exploring Europe from Kaiserslautern Blog: Restaurants

Exploring Europe from Kaiserslautern Blog. Subscribe to this blog's feed. Nov 13, 2007. S'Budche along the Glan. If you live around the Glan-Muenchweiler. Area, there is a little restaurant/bar that sits alongside the train station called s'Budche. As one of the village's only two restaurants, people flood this small place both day and night. You can grab takeout at s'Budche, so if the place is too crowded, you can carry it home or take a walk along the biking trail to the nearest park bench. Mar 18, 2007.

The Happenings of Us: La Vie Boheme!

http://stacy-aka-sl.blogspot.com/2009/09/la-vie-boheme.html

Tuesday, September 8, 2009. With the hubby gone, I've been a little nervous about traveling by ourselves. I wanted to go somewhere over the long weekend, but was on the verge of chickening out. Until my friend Samantha emailed and asked if anyone wanted to do anything. So, I said "how about Prague? At the last minute I made hotel reservations and mapped our way before I had a chance to back out. Should I even say that there was an adventure? Or is that a given? We then (I think? For our boat cruise.

http://stacy-aka-sl.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html

Sunday, September 27, 2009. For my family and friends, I finally had my MRI a few weeks ago. The results? Well, probably it is an osteochondral injury. If that made you think of arthritis then you get a prize. Okay, not really, but you're right on track. ;) See the tiny bit of shading on the right tip of the femur? The cartilage below it? That's what's causing all of my problems. Links to this post. Saturday, September 19, 2009. La Vie Boneheme.hee hee. It is a small chapel beneath the Church of All Sain...

The Happenings of Us: May 2009

http://stacy-aka-sl.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html

Sunday, May 24, 2009. Those who stand and wait. There's a quote by John Milton, "They also serve who only stand and wait." He wrote this for a different reason than it's recent use. Lately it's been seen in connection with military families. The country artist wrote a song about it:. They also serve,. Those who stand and wait,. Praying by the phone. To learn their loved one's fate. But they're still in the war,. Let there be no mistake. They also serve,. Those who stand and wait.". Do I leave my husband?

Sunday, September 13, 2009. La Vie Boheme continued. I left off at lunchtime. Our tour guide Pavlina took us to have traditional Czech food. Pork and dumplings (boiled bread). Next was the famous Charles Bridg. King Charles and my own Charles (right before entering bridge). The cross of St John that we touched. Next we headed to the tram to go to the Prague Castle. It is the biggest in the world. We saw the changing of the guards. I cant believe how big Charlie has gotten. Wow! The Happenings of Us.

Well, unless you're at the beginning of the deployment then earlier is not better LOL). Also, please remember our deployed military members and their families as they are separated this Christmas. By 4 of 5 stars. And since I thoroughly enjoyed it, I approached this title with similar expectations. Well, those expectations were met. Footsteps in Fulton | Hitting the bricks, one day at a time.

Hitting the bricks, one day at a time. Brooklyn Pizza is here! Posted by Footsteps in Fulton. I have been anticipating the opening of Brooklyn Pizza on Court Street for awhile now. So, of course I had to take Little Sis with me for their opening day! You may not know this about us, but we grew up on Long Island where a decent bagel or fantastic slice of pizza was right around the corner. When we moved to Connecticut we were disgusted to find that our pizza was cut into squares, not triangles! I began my ...
