Extraordinarily Ordinary Days: July 2005

http://www.extraordinarilyordinarydays.blogspot.com/2005_07_01_archive.html

Wednesday, July 27, 2005. Dodging the Baby Disease. Regardless, today I'd like to talk about this baby virus that's been going around recently. I feel like there are pregnant women and babies everywhere. Everytime I turn around, someone else I know has gotten pregnant or given birth. Frankly, it's been spreading faster than f-ing SARS. And certainly, this is not a complaint, just an observation. Is this just some sort of residual teenage rebellion left over from high school? Posted by Tricia at 8:12 PM.

Extraordinarily Ordinary Days: Performance Anxiety-- (*Ahem* get your mind out of the gutter!)

http://www.extraordinarilyordinarydays.blogspot.com/2005/07/performance-anxiety-ahem-get-your-mind.html

Tuesday, July 12, 2005. Performance Anxiety- (*Ahem* get your mind out of the gutter! As I sit here right now to write my very first blog, I am experiencing terrible stagefright. It is squeezing my insides as I'm typing. I first created this journal six days ago (primarily just because I wanted to respond to a friend's blog- thanks Bonnie! And it's taken me that long to muster the will to just write- anything! What is it that makes this blog not just a space. For my thoughts, but a place.

The day after yesterday: May 2005

http://bonnieshappenings.blogspot.com/2005_05_01_archive.html

The day after yesterday. Tuesday, May 31, 2005. The human radar detector. So, he pulls this car over for speeding. Now, pay attention because this is where it gets good. I asked Jonathan how fast this suspect (remember now, innocent until proven guilty) was going, and he said 66 in a 45. Now, One would just assume that he clocked this "speed demon" with a radar gun/machine, right? Evidently, the police certify their officers by putting them through a rigorous. One week radar training program. This is my ...

The day after yesterday. Thursday, October 27, 2005. So I am sure no one is reading or checking this blog anymore. I can not believe I haven't written in so long. I have so much to write about that I don't even know where to begin. But, I chose to do this so I need to shut my mouth and deal with it. Works actually great. Although it's a hastle and time away from my school work, I don't mind coming here. It actually gives me a way out from under all of the paperwork. This is actually been okay too! Dan's ...

The day after yesterday. Wednesday, July 27, 2005. Well, I really don't have much to blog about since this week has been filled with nothing but work, school, and unbearable heat. So, I decided I would ramble on and see what I come up with! I am taking philosophy this summer. And, I don't think I have ever hated anything more! Seriously, it is the class from HELL! I honest to God thought I would die. Right there on the brown tiled floor.flash forward. Do I remember you? Is my teacher crazy? Something goo...

It's a Wonderful Lie

It's a Wonderful Lie. Apologies to Paul Westerberg). Friday, June 23, 2017. This Is Utopian Capitalism. I've often said to libertarians who say you can't judge it, as no state has adopted it as a model of government; that there is an example to judge. Somalia. For years, Somalia was a libertarian dream. No functioning state at all, no rules to harsh your buzz. We've created a few libertarian paradise destinations since then, in parts of Afghanistan and Iraq. Here is another example. Friday, May 26, 2017.

Extraordinarily Ordinary

Sunday, November 22, 2009. It's dinnertime. I haven't eaten and have no plans. Instead of deciding what my unavoidable meal will be, I've come to the airport. I park at a meter near the ' Rendez. Point' - a small heated bus shelter-like building with chairs, washrooms, and vending machines between the parkade. Sipping a coffee, now, I am careful to make occasional. Glances at the arrivals/ departures. I type away on my cellphone, faking a long text message complete with occasional. Pauses as if to show I...
