Monday, March 28, 2011. It is impossible to get a smile from this guy for the camera. Literally. impossible. I think I can count on my hand the number of pictures I have of him smiling in his short two years. Which is crazy because he is generally a very happy boy. Well, i knew it would happen. it does every year. i skip a week of awards. then i get behind. then i scramble to catch up, which seems to happen the same week i have too much on my plate. then i leave town, and finally my kids start to say.'what about our awards? Now you all get a glimpse into carlile reality. The truth is, i am excited to get them done, as we've had some great times, super accomplishments, and the happiest of happy celebrations that we want recorded for sure!

Monday, November 7, 2011. This is us in our car on our way to Disneyland. I can't believe we all fit. It only worked because we had a cargo box on top of the Pilot with our suitcases. Saturday, November 13, 2010. Pretty School" as Lizzie calls it. Lizzie's First Day of Preschool. She absolutely loves going to preschool and I love how much she is learning! It's so fun to see her recognize letters and numbers on store signs or street signs or wherever we go. It's awesome to see her interact with other children too. The conversations that go on between 3 and 4 year olds is absolutely priceless! Wish she could go to my school. November 13, 2010 at 2:00 PM. Well add it to our list :).

Part of me wants to stay pregnant because I'm nervous about taking care of 4 kids but the rest of me is so ready to be done with the pregnancy. The last month is so brutal.
