Baked apples are a wonderful treat, and simple to create! 2 tablespoons of butter (melted). 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. 2 tablespoons of flour. 4 tablespoons of quick oats. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut apples in half, and make sure to remove core and seeds (use a pairing knife or spoon). In a small bowl combine butter, brown sugar, flour, oats, and cinnamon. Place on cookie sheet, and bake in oven for 30 minutes.

There are three ways for it to be used: glazed, whipped and piped- - so it's your choice as to how you'd like to use this wonderful creation. 1 cup of heavy cream. 8 oz of chocolate; chopped. I had to snatch the last one for a photograph as they were gobbled up quickly after being made! 6 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa. 1/4 cup of butter. 1 cup of sugar. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon of salt. 1/3 cup of flour. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. In a microwavable dish, melt the 1/4 cup of butter completely. Mix your batter well. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.

White Chocolate Chip Cookies. 1 cup butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 2 eggs, lightly beaten. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 2 cups of white chocolate chips. Once the butter and sugars are creamed together, mix. Pour in the white chocolate chips, and start mixing it all together. Cool for about 5 minutes.
