Property developers Faircape are building all over Cape Town, but is their quality up to scratch? In my own new home, built by Faircape, I have seen what happens when corners are cut, when subcontractors are not supervised, when speed is prioritized over quality. There is one thing that I do not know and that is how Faircape gets away with it?

Good work Sheryl, glad you are doing something as a lot of people are experiencing problems in their own Faircape developments but somehow they dont have the guts to do anything. I have heard from many people that they experience leaking, and damp issues, tiles popping up etc. Their work is below standard - the only thing that is not are their prices.
