While You're at it hit a hill. The optimal hill to run hill repeats will take you between 60 and 90 seconds to reach the top. You should be panting at the top if you are really pushing yourself. This challenge will help you feel lighter and tighter in no time! 200 STEPS TO SORE. Find a step or bench approximately 16" or higher. It should be sturdy enough to hold your weight while stepping fairly hard with all of your body weight onto it. Stand to the right side of the step. Side step up onto the bench with your left foot.
