Amazing no-sew headband tutorial - Lazy Mom's blog
http://www.lazymomsblog.com/2015/03/18/amazing-no-sew-headband-tutorial
Amazing no-sew headband tutorial. March 18, 2015. And guess what – it’s not that easy to find pretty, but age appropriate headbands when you’re 30! Without flowers and ribbons I mean. And comfortable. Of course there is Etsy, but by the time my headband would be shipped, my hair would probably grow. And then I run across this idea somewhere on Pinterst. I also decided to use a sharpie to paint little black dots. All together it took me not more than 5 minutes! What you’ll need :. And it cost me nothing!

Blended Beaks: Yeti Fears and Pink Fluff Perspective
http://www.blendedbeaks.com/2013/05/yeti-fears-and-pink-fluff.html
Meet the Fab Five. Friday, May 31, 2013. Yeti Fears and Pink Fluff Perspective. To make myself feel better, I silently try to scientifically justify the non-existence of yetis while slowly turning off the tap. I mean short of the beast-like characterizations from Star Wars or Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, how do we even know that yetis actually exist to make any sound anyway? That a yeti in Star Wars? He was a yeti. He scared me when I was 8 and nothing much has changed in the last forty years. In the ...

Blended Beaks: Good and Evil
http://www.blendedbeaks.com/2013/04/good-and-evil.html
Meet the Fab Five. Thursday, April 18, 2013. Let's just call it what it is. This week I mean. This week has just plain sucked. It has sucked not only for America, not only for Boston, not only for Texas, but for.humanity. Let's all just breath now, shall we? I know it's spirit was attacked last night. At the risk of sounding all flighty, Mama Finch does like her soapbox and now my friends her feathers are ruffled. Until that day we will pray. For Boston, for West, for humanity. Blended Beaks: Make Mine Pastrami Please
http://www.blendedbeaks.com/2011/11/make-mine-pastrami-please.html
Meet the Fab Five. Wednesday, November 16, 2011. Make Mine Pastrami Please. Funny too how these momentum changing calls are usually from my older sister. The last time she called me with grave news with that. He is a man who still yells and screams about the location of his car keys three years after the keys have vamoosed. He is a man who by nature is about as stubborn and controlling as they come. His way or the highway – that’s my dad. Would you like some cheese? Is it time for him to leave his home?

Meet the Fab Five. Meet the Fab Five. Here are the Hatchlings:. This is Legal Eagle. Typical Type A oldest child, but with a sweet spirit and protective nature. 26 and currently in law school. We are especially nice to her, since she is the one who will be responsible for putting us in the old folks home. Not unlike Dazey the He-She Cat, she is easily distracted by shiny objects, shoes, and most especially shiny shoes. Last but certainly not least is Baby Chick. This 9 year old would live in Bikini B...

Blended Beaks: Robin on the Roof
http://www.blendedbeaks.com/2012/06/robin-on-roof.html
Meet the Fab Five. Friday, June 1, 2012. Robin on the Roof. I found some good ones though so at least I'll have some decent tunes to listen to while I sit in debtors prison. Is there really a debtors prison? My dad always said there was, but I digress. Anyway, I found the. I'm talking about the Avett Brothers and their "Head Full of Doubt / Road Full of Promise". All the taste with none of the fat. One line of the song resonated with me:. Decide what to be and go be it. Several days of 95 degrees plus?

Blended Beaks: I Did Not Know It Then
http://www.blendedbeaks.com/2013/02/i-did-not-know-it-then.html
Meet the Fab Five. Thursday, February 7, 2013. I Did Not Know It Then. Life is fleeting and time is fragile. Handle both with care. Christmas Eve my family and I visited my Dad. While we walked, I held his arm to steady his steps. I would not know it then, but it would be the last time I would see him walk. He fought hard but was tired. Sunday afternoon he left us. Just like that. The normal that had always been and the constant his very existence provided died right along with him. Posted by Mama Finch.

She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness." Proverbs 31:27. All of the characteristics that were described throughout the entire section of scripture are things we should strive toward. None of us is perfect- especially me!
