Tuesday, March 9, 2010. Losing Inches, Not Pounds. I tried on some old jeans today and they fit! I can't remember how long they've been in the closet, but the waist is actually up around my waist and the legs are tapered. They also don't have spandex in the material, so it's not streaching to fit. I may be out of style, but hope to lose one more pants size before I buy more clothes. Still at about 7% weight loss:). Saturday, October 31, 2009. We had another great Halloween this year. I LOVE Halloween. I have such great memories of it as a kid and I LOVE to try and create great memories for my kids. I also LOVE cute Halloween costumes. Carving pumpkins is always fun, we carved ours. At Grandma and Grandpa Koberlein's. House so Greg could watch the Blazer's game. Between half-time and time-outs we were able to get them done! I think they turned out great! Brooklyn ADORES the pumpkins. Doesn't Boston make a great Lion?

Friday, February 25, 2011. Brooklyn got to go the pumpkin patch with her class and parents and siblings were able to come along. She had a blast! Tuesday, December 29, 2009. We had a late White Christmas this year. Out of NOWHERE we had snow, and lots of it. It was not forecasted and nobody was prepared for it (typical Portland! It took some people 6 hours to get home in a normally 20 minute drive. Most people ended up abandoning their cars on the highway and walking or taking a bus home. It was CRAZY! I was so glad Greg came home early Phew! The best part of him being home and not stuck in a car was building the snowman! Snow, that's where I was.

Monday, July 5, 2010. I had the best time going to Heber. My sister Heather and her family came from Illinois to Heber. And they decided to make a family trip out of it. Since I hadn't seen Heather since before Boston was born, Greg and I decided it would be good for me to go, and with Southwest having a great deal on airfare I flew in! I was there for about 8 days and the weather was GREAT! Maddie and Jenna were my fantastic photographers at the park! Smiling at the camera! Loved playing with the boys.

Friday, June 27, 2014. Last year the art teacher and the 1st grade teacher from the girls' school put on their first art camp. The girls did it and had a blast and learned a lot. So this year, we were sure to sign up again! Last week was the first week, where Brenna went in the mornings and Brooke went in the afternoons. Lucky for Brenna, this week, she gets to go to another round while Brooke is in softball camp. Sculpting her castle (to paint later). Dragons made out of trash (to paper mache later).
