FARES in the News. Overlay of mapped sites within the Mirador complex- it is home to the largest and densest concentration of ancient Maya cities. In response to Mirador being featured in the May issue of the Smithsonian Magazine, Dr. Hansen of FARES will be giving a private presentation at the Morgan Library in New York City. This special event will shed light on the cultural and natural saga of humanity and nature in the Maya world of Guatemala. This exhibition runs from June through September, 2011.
