Weekend Eats (And A Workout). I wanted to do a recap of a great workout and some eats from yesterday. Now that I am back at home, I have access to workouts On Demand, which I didn’t have in NJ. B has been talking about plyometrics a lot recently, especially on P90X, so I wanted to give it a try. I found a “Plyometrics Tabata” workout, which was tough! The workout looked like this:. Squats x 15 seconds. Alternating Lunges x 15 seconds. Jumping Jacks x 10. Jumping Jacks x 10. Squat Jumps x 20 sec x 4 sets.

Because fit friends, fit together. Yesterday marks a very special anniversary of mine – one year and one day ago, I made the move to New York City to live with a [then] stranger and start an entirely new career. Woah. Uh, yeah, I live here. We usually keep to ourselves in the city, unless it’s to call someone out on stepping on your shoe or bumping into you with an umbrella, but on race day there was no holding back for shouting stranger’s names and cheering them on. Congrats to all, though! I am so lucky.
