I’ve always loved ice cream no matter what time of the year. I have a fond memory of my mom and I in Gatlinburg for a dance competition where we walked down the street with ice cream conesin the snow. I ate a snail today. I deeply considered leaving my post for today at that single sentence. It was epic. And absolutely horrible. My body tried to immediately reject what I was telling myself was a chewy mushroom in my mouth. Mind over matter right? Not in this case. My mind outwitted me. I tried it once.
