Friday, October 9, 2009. Day 11 and Weigh Day. So I stepped on the scale and saw a 2 pound lost. I'm not particularly thrilled with the number, but at least it moved in the right direction. Sunday, October 4, 2009. I had to visit my eating buddy today, who happens to also be my mother. I did what I needed to do and left. I resisted grabbing the oh so tempting tortilla chips. I politely declined the BLT with avocado and extra bacon. Basically, I made it! And I feel all the more accomplished for it. Tomorrow will be 1 week. Friday, October 2, 2009. Starting a diet is easy. Starting a diet and losing weight is easy. at first. Restarting a diet after losing weight due to regaining weight: difficult as hell! Yep This where I'm currently at: starting over. I have 100 pounds to lose, and it really is work in progress. I have to constantly remind myself to. Before I eat. In essence, I need to reformat my mind. I hope being faithful to this journal will assist in accomplishing just that. It's a good beginning. Day 11 and Weigh Day.
