I’m actually feeling good at the moment. I think maybe I am starting to make some progress. It’s nice. Here is this week:. Monday /strong : run commute – 11.82kms in 58:52 (4.59 average pace). Reality: I did the following distances in 5 mins, except when I had a brain/watch malfunction on the last rep and stopped at 4.30.
