Thursday, December 16, 2010. P90x Legs and Back. I really dogged it today. I only did about 3/4 of the workout. Probably not even that. This morning I woke up sick. Didn't start feeling right until about 2:30. I wasn't going to workout at all, but. a little didn't hurt. I hate dogging this workout too, when you work hard at it, it's a killer! Wednesday, December 15, 2010. P90x, Yoga X (First 50 minutes). I didn't get to do the 2 nd. Half (balance poses) earlier today. That is a bummer too, because that is my favorite part! But we did the first half. (My DH doesn't like 90 minutes, so he doesn't do the second half) Not a great calorie burn, but I did do a lot of housework today. Not that I like to count that! Tuesday, December 7, 2010. Today the DH and I did this workout for the first time in months. Yikes! It was a killer, and I was a joke! But I managed to get through it with some modified moves. Thursday, November 18, 2010. P90x, shoulders and arms. P90x, Ab ripper. My favorite workouts are the arms! So today it was all worth it. :) Tomorrow is legs and back. Friday, December 17, 2010. P90X, Ab Ripper. 10 minute treadmill jog. In a big hurry today! Off to take the girls to a homeschool Christmas party this afternoon. Glad I finally got Ab Ripper in this week! I skipped it all week! I could tell too, OUCH! Got a few extra calories burned by getting my heart rate up.
