DutchMommy vs. The Fat. October 14th. October 14, 2009. 8212; dutchmommy @ 8:33 pm. Lost all the vacation pounds plus 2 more. Loss is good but the slowness is bad. My own fault. Been walking a lot, still yet to get to 10k a day so I have to finally give in and know that it’s impossible to get to 10k without the gym. This past week has been 3k one day, 5k the next, 6k the next and today was 8k. Pants are looser, belt is tighter, next size down I can get on but can’t button yet. October 19, 2009 at 2:55 pm.
