Friday, June 13, 2014. After dinner we went over to my sister's apartment where there is a tiny little "lake" with a walking trail around it. We took the kids for a walk to wear them out. It was so beautiful. We saw rabbits, turtles and lots of cool birds. Most of all we saw a kazillion mosquitos making a meal out of us. sick. Friday, June 10, 2011. My baby sister Ashlee was flown to University Hospital in Salt Lake late Tuesday night. She was 27 weeks pregnant and her water had broken earlier that day. An ultrasound revealed some complicated and life-threatening problems for the baby so she was transferred asap. This condition is so very rare, Ashlee's pregnancy is now a case study up there. Wednesday, June 9, 2010. I just had to share these pictures. I was driving down the road and saw a small crowd of people and a fire engine and wondered what was going on so I stopped and pulled out my camera. The fireman was climbing up to the top of the telephone pole and everyone was looking so worried. I couldn't see a person stuck up there, or anything strange hanging from the pole or telephone lines, but he grabbed. And came back down the ladder. Know what it was? It really made my day!

Sunday, January 9, 2011. Such a sweet face! He loves the camera. He likes to say hello. And he's very tall. I could not live with that any longer. I advertised Dizzy on KSL.com and a very nice man came to meet him. Dizzy usually hates everyone, but he really liked this guy. Even when he came back the next day to pick him up, Dizzy didn't even bark. He lives alone, is recently retired and looking for a companion. He also has horses! Dizzy will love running with them.
