Wednesday, February 29, 2012. Simply Pho, Gungahlin ACT. This neat, clean little dining establishment proved to be more than I had expected. I have been meaning to try this eatery for a while now, particularly after tasting my first ever Beef Pho in 2010 in Cabramatta. Although this Pho didn't live up to the authentic Vietnamese expectations of my previous encounter, this particular bowl of goodness was still delicious, satisfying and clean on the palette. Wednesday, March 14, 2012. Arirang Korean Restaurant, Gungahlin ACT. This small restaurant doesn't look much, but boy does it have great food! Arirang offers authentic Korean at a cheap price. On a past occasion we've had a substantial feast here for no more than $20 each, not forgetting the free condiments that come with every meal. I personally like the value for money at Arirang, and apart from the fantastic food, this was one of the many reasons I returned. Dipping sauce to accompany the dumplings.
