Felonary: ECW
http://felonary.blogspot.com/2012/01/ecw.html
Felonary is what felonmarmers do in the past. Tuesday, 31 January 2012. Another blog, won't somebody stop me! I think I've run out of Felonistic (oops there's another one) variations to name my blogs so hopefully this will be it. This one is for my historical stuff and to start it off as a placeholder more than anything else are 2 photos of some of my English Civil War figures. A company of dragoons ride through a village. While in a nearby field an artillery team set up their gun.

Felonism: 25mm African Militia
http://felonism.blogspot.com/2012/01/25mm-african-militia.html
Felonism is what a Felonmarmer does when not Felonmarming. Saturday, 28 January 2012. Here are some of my African Militia photographed guarding a hill. Camouflage is not anything specific but inspired by some typical African camouflage patterns. The commander waits in the bunker. While his trusted lieutenant encourages the troops. One man guards the supplies. While down in the trenches the rest of the troops prepare for action. And pass out the ammunition. The figures are from the Assault Group.

Adeptus Iratus: Angry is as Angry does!
http://adeptusiratus.blogspot.com/2012/01/angry-is-as-angry-does.html
Tuesday, 17 January 2012. Angry is as Angry does! Due to my graphics card breaking down I had a couple of free days over the weekend with only some house work to do. As a result, I was able to crack on with the Adeptus Iratus themselves. First off, I needed a size comparison between a Daemon Prince and an Assault Marine; so a bit of blue tacking later. Having mounted them on to old bicycle spokes, I then covered the spokes using my favourite modelling material, 10 Second No More Nails. Really dynamic loo...

Adeptus Iratus: Ready to roll
http://adeptusiratus.blogspot.com/2012/01/ready-to-roll.html
Tuesday, 10 January 2012. I gave the irate rabble a spray with an old can of Testor Dullcoat I've had lying around for a year or so. The result is pretty peachy I think. I've got quite a good return on a fairly basic paint job. The last picture is taken under a UV light to make the drummer's day-glow optics shine. I may give the Rabble a bit of base flocking action to finally finish them off. Next thing though, is to get to work on the Angry Marines. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Felonism: 25mm Modern British
http://felonism.blogspot.com/2012/01/25mm-modern-british.html
Felonism is what a Felonmarmer does when not Felonmarming. Thursday, 26 January 2012. British troops advance from the cover of the woods. British Troops L85A2, L86A2. British with L85A2/L123A2 GL. The figures are from the Assault Group. Painted with the new MTP camouflage pattern. Berets painted up with the red/white hackles of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers. I've just received 8 more figures with grenade launchers to round out the platoon, now I've got to remember how I painted the camouflage.

Felonism: January 2012
http://felonism.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Felonism is what a Felonmarmer does when not Felonmarming. Sunday, 29 January 2012. It's been a while since I painted my MTP camouflaged British, so I've had to reinvent the wheel when it comes to painting a new batch of grenade launcher armed troops. So this time I'm going to record how I did it for next time. First of all I searched for MTP on the internet and downloaded an image. Next colour is an off-white light shade, a mix of khaki and white, I painted bigish splodges all over. Next is a dark brown...

Felonism: February 2012
http://felonism.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Felonism is what a Felonmarmer does when not Felonmarming. Saturday, 18 February 2012. Cops and Robbers (well people going about their own business for the most part). Police and thieves in the streets. Scaring the nation with their guns and ammunition ". I've dug out my box of No Go Zone police and thieves from Warm Acre. That have been lying around for months and finally put paint to lead. But I don't know if they still do it 'cos I can't find it on their website, which is a shame as I want some more.

Adeptus Iratus: The Gathering Storm
http://adeptusiratus.blogspot.com/2011/12/gathering-storm.html
Friday, 2 December 2011. This is the blog for my latest project, a 1750pt Adeptus Iratus Army for Warhammer 40k. I want to create a force to represent the "Angry Marines"; an army of cartoonishly over powered Space Marines. Having read the Chaos Daemon Codex, I have settled upon the following for my Army List:. For HQs I want. Cpl Commotus; counting as. Bloodthirsters with Death Strike, Unholy Might and Blessing of the Blood God. For Heavy Support I want. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Adeptus Iratus: The Forlorn Hope
http://adeptusiratus.blogspot.com/2011/12/forlorn-hope.html
Sunday, 25 December 2011. Here are 35 bases of assorted human militia and zombies to represent the desperate defenders and the vengeful dead possessed by the unquenchable wrath of the Adeptus Iratus. It is their psychic cry of fear, desperation and loyalty that summon the Adeptus Iratus from their eternal battle in the Warp. The bases are from Heresy Miniatures with clipped up chunks of City of Death Walkways and my usual mix of grit and sand applied over a textured layer of 10 Second No More Nails.
