TRI4FREEDOM: Run shop angers me
http://tri4freedom.blogspot.com/2008/04/run-shop-angers-me.html
Thursday, April 10, 2008. Run shop angers me. So I bought a fuel belt at a local run shop that will remain nameless (tortoise and the hare) Used it twice and the eyelet popped off that secures the tension cords to hold your bottles in. Anthow, back to the store I go, figure that this is going to be straightforward, right? What the hell does he mean these things happen. Oh Well, I'm going to email Fuel Belt tommorow with a picture and my tale of woe and see what they can do. Oh man. that stinks!

Monday, January 28, 2008. Calhouns 10 miler - Race Report. I know everyone loves a good race report, so here is mine from the Calhouns 10 miler ran on Jan 26, 2008. This is an annual event in Knoxville, and this was the 14th running. I didn't really figure it out until afterwards that this race brings all of the best runners in the area out, this really was an excellent field of runners. At the 5 mile marker I upped my pace to what had to be 7:15-7:20/mile and I started looking ahead and telling myself I...

Monday, March 31, 2008. Knoxville Marathon - 3/30/08 RACE REPORT. The title of this post could have been something creative and memorable like "a tale of two marathons", or "the irony of the number 22" or "this one was for the team" but I couldnt pick a favorite so, much like my other marathon report, I left it plain and simple. Deal with it. Race starts. I'm an idiot. Why am I an idiot? You see this pic? 1 I went from running with 30 people to running with 5 people once the half marathoners finished.

KnoxvilleRunning.com: I have some serious questions about the Ipod and how it shuffles songs
http://knoxvillerunning.blogspot.com/2009/07/i-have-some-serious-questions-about.html
Monday, July 13, 2009. I have some serious questions about the Ipod and how it shuffles songs. Maybe I am the only one that thinks the shuffle feature on the ipod isn't as random as I'd like it to be. I have 13,000 songs on my ipod and I should RARELY hear 2 songs from the same artist within 10 songs of each other, but it seems to happen all the time. Anyone else notice this? I dont buy into that, but it is pretty damn annoying. July 15, 2009 at 12:06 PM. Thank you very much. May 20, 2010 at 5:01 AM.

Thursday, October 29, 2009. Knoxville gets less musical. I've been living in Knoxville for about three years now and one thing that I immediately noticed (and was surprised by) was the music scene. Even in the last three years since I have been here, a few new venues have sprung up thus attracting even more acts to the city to perform. People in and around Knoxville love their music, and being from Detroit, I definitely can appreciate that. How does this relate to running? Wednesday, October 21, 2009.

Thursday, July 9, 2009. Since I'm still paying for this URL, I figured I might as well use it. So, it’s pretty easy to get busy or uncreative. I would say I’ve done a good job at both lately, but I’m going to give this thing a go again. The idea here is to provide good material that others will care about reading, right? Do people really want to read about my daily runs, and how mundane they are? You’ll never know….) More to come. Maybe. Tomorrow? It’s a date. July 9, 2009 at 2:41 PM. FF Jeff in Windsor.
