The first game between Gonzales Angels and Hamilton's Tigers was a relatively low scoring game with the Tigers scoring 10 runs in the first 3 innings while Miguel Gonzales shut out the Angels innings 2 thru 5 resulting in a 14-8 Tigers victory.
