It still needs binding, some beading (I ran out of a certain kind of bead I had! And then some stitching on her hair and face. Here is another one of my Mixed Media Scar. This is My Brain on Quilts: Winter Cleaning
http://mybrainonquilts.blogspot.com/2010/01/winter-cleaning.html
This is My Brain on Quilts. Sunday, January 10, 2010. UGH, the messiest space ever! Ahhhhh, relief. Shelves mounted and everything in it's place. Some people Spring Clean. I Winter Clean. This weekend I focused on my studio. When my mom came to live with us last year, we converted my studio into her bedroom suite. My studio now encompasses an upstairs bedroom, but for the better part of 6 months, it's been a place I've made piles. A few years ago I started keeping "like things". Is hanging on the wall?

http://mybrainonquilts.blogspot.com/2010/01/variety-of-projects.html
This is My Brain on Quilts. Sunday, January 03, 2010. A Variety of Projects. I didn't post much in 2009. My mom came to live with us in April and things have been pretty hectic around here since. Fabric Paint on Black Sweatshirt. Happy Birthday Joel! Do you know who this is? Machine Embroidered Tennis Shoes. My spell chec...

crazy for color: Some photos of my latest project
http://crazyforcolor.blogspot.com/2009/09/some-photos-of-my-latest-project.html
Friday, September 04, 2009. Some photos of my latest project. It feels so good to be back in the world of blogging and talking about art! This is my fourth stole and I find this work very fulfilling. It is so personal. I become very involved in the stories behind the stole and the stories it will be a part of in the future. It's hard for me to describe in words, but it is somewhat magical. I look forward to doing more in the future. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.
