Thursday, February 4, 2010. Carli's basketball team is called the Pistons this year and she is having fun. That is to say until their 3rd. game of the season when they went up against the Angels. Let me tell ya, they were no angels! More like. Hell's Angels! In all the years that I have watched my kids play basketball for the Rec. center, I have never witnessed a more brutal team. Ever! I just love watching her facial expressions as she is guarding and going after the ball. I would have had more pict...

Sunday, March 28, 2010. Recently, on a Sunday afternoon I received a call that said the Bishop wanted to have a meeting with me during the following week. I was at a loss for words (shocker huh? Anyone who knows me can attest that I can't stand to have to wait for things. I guess that makes me an instant gratification kind of person, because I want it now! Anyways I'm making it sound like I was excited.to the contrary, I was an absolute mess by the time the meeting rolled around. I was so very ne...Has h...

Thursday, April 1, 2010. Every year my husband has been able to trick me and/or embarrass me with his pranks. Pranks from having me call the Mortuary asking for "Myra Mains" to convincing me that our new Excursion was indeed stolen by the guy who sold it to us and the police wanted to take the car as evidence in the case. Why do I always fall for it? He couldn't stop laughing.he thinks he is SOOO funny! April 6, 2010 at 10:02 PM. What happened to the goldfish? April 6, 2010 at 11:42 PM. April 15, 2010 at...

Saturday, December 26, 2009. I skipped the sales after Thanksgiving. The thrill just wasn't there. No pictures taken with Santa Clause, my decorating has no flare. His presents are shoes, shirts, and ties, two suites and socks.no fun. I've bought him all white clothes because. This year I'm giving Christ my son. I've spent more time in the temple, my testimony stirred. I've reread November's Ensign, felt strength come from His words. Our family prays more frequently, my tears are quick to run. For He has...

Turner Boys and Mer. Thursday, May 20, 2010. My nephew Jerrick came home from his mission on Monday! After the airport we went over to Rob and Liz's for family home evening. We listened to Jerrick's testimony, took some pictures ate and swam. What a great day! That is so neat. My kids have absolutely no one to watch on a mission. Youre very lucky. Glad he is home safe!
