Partially because my world feels like it's moving at a thousand miles an hour most of the time, and also because I really don't think anyone reads this.so what's the point, really? All of the programs I've looked into, however, are PhD track programs.meaning, if I start down that road, I won't be stopping until I've gotten my Doctorate degree. Can I really do that? Is that even possible? What do I do? Anybody have any answers?

Sunday, November 30, 2014. I had such a great Thanksgiving break! It was amazing just to spend some time relaxing with friends. I am so blessed to be here.seriously, I live in Chicago! This is my home. So, last week I talked about how a great friend helped me to be able to pay off the majority of what I owed so that I could register for classes. All I owed was a few hundred left and I was going to be able to pay that soon after! I couldn't believe it! I think God is having none of that! He is too good.

Friday, May 22, 2015. Witness at the Tattoo Parlor. So yesterday, due to a mixture of free-time and my natural rebellious streak, I decided it was high-time I got a new tattoo! I had been wanting these two for awhile.I guess it was just time! So, when I got off work, I hiked on down to the South side (I was definitely freaked out a bit). The guy who did my tats was named Tony. He looked slightly taken aback to hear I was going to school at Moody! In the meantime, here are the two from last night.

Sunday, May 24, 2015. My last morning at CAOG. This morning was my last at Central Assembly of God. I have really enjoyed my time there! It is a great church full of loving people. For this morning's lesson, I decided to do something a little different.the kids and I did communion! I really will miss them. I got very lucky with a church like that, and I feel like that was something only God could have orchestrated. I'm excited for the next leg of my journey and I can't wait to see what God has in store!

Monday, March 2, 2015. It's been a while since I've written. It's been a while since I've dealt with the loss of Tanya, the failed adoption. It's hard to acknowledge that term, failed adoption. I don't feel as though I've failed anyone except Tanya, and that will follow me for the rest of my life and hers.
