The journey to find a spiritually, mentally, and physically healthy me. October 24, 2015. I have lost 59 pounds! Down to the 160s! So exciting to be achieving my goals. I am exercising and actually enjoying it and looking forward to it. I am getting used to eating smaller portions and am craving junk less frequently. I feel proud of myself. I totally cannot believe that very very soon the scale will be in the 1’s! I haven’t been there since my pre pregnancy times almost 5 years ago! Breakfast- shredded wheat with 1/2 cup milk and banana- 310. Snack- 1/2 slice school pizza- 240 (it wasn’t even good it was just there). Lunch- turkey and cheese with tomato on wheat flat bread, strawberries, cheese its (wanted to save for a snack later)- 350. It’s been a life changing few months! Best news of all is that I finally quit smoking– 88 days now! Also, became single (found out fiance was cheating)! May 19, 2015. Loss(-)/Gain : -6.0 lbs. Current Weight: 234.0 lbs. Good news today, and also bad news. Six pounds lost, which is great! Spent the entire week under 30 carbs per day (total carbs), which means I had almost no veggies. I feel really bad for the people who work there. Week 13 Check-In (a couple of days late). May 14, 2015. Loss(-)/Gain : 1.4 lbs. Current Weight: 240.0 lbs. Well, I’m 2 days passed being pissed. Other than the gum, which I’ve written about and threw away last Thursday night, I stayed ON PLAN. Or what I knew the plan to be for myself. April 15, 2013. Here we go. Another start to the week! What did I do this weekend? Spent time with many friends, and that was lovely. Sunday’s weather was decent, not as warm as promised, but sunny and not bad. I’ve had the opportunity to explore many places I’ve never seen before, and that’s been really interesting. May 14, 2015. At 240 pounds the calories/BMR for me is currently 2100. Last week, for 6 days I was 1100-1200 under that, and one day I was 400 under. One pound is 3500 calories. It’s been almost 5 years since I saw a one in the beginning on the scale! Welcome back to the 100’s! I’ve lost over 10 inches from my body and 26.6 pounds, 21 of them in the past month! My size 12 jeans buttoned up! Tight as H. But they buttoned! Now on to the next goal– 185 :) Only 14 pounds away! Medifast is my freaking hero. August 10, 2015. Come on 190’s!
