Tuesday, April 22, 2014. I am sure lucky to have two incredible extended families. In March, I flew out to Utah for the weekend for two baby showers one on my Dad's side and one on my Mom's side of the family. It was really fun to catch up with aunts and cousins and we were showered with so many nice gifts! On Friday we celebrated with the Andersons. My two sisters, Lindsay and Kristen, put on the shower at my Grandma's house. Notes for people to write advice. Loved the diaper cake that Kristen made.

Thursday, September 27, 2012. Relaxing by the Coast. After the Ragnar Relay, Ian and I spent an extra day or so in Napa Valley. We took a drive down to Point Reyes National Seashore. The roadsides were filled with berry bushes. We ate our fill of blackberries along the way. I guess Ian and I have a thing for hiking up and down a lot of stairs after we run the Ragnar. Monday, March 19, 2012. The Luck of the Irish. Thursday, March 8, 2012. I Heart San Francisco. I was able to take a quick trip out to San Francisco yesterday for half a day. There I said goodbye to my sister Jennie and my three nieces headed back to China. As luck would have it, Ian was working in San Francisco this week so we got to have date night on a Wednesday night (which never happens! While walking along the Embarcadero just as the sun was setting we saw this little guy swimming around.

We did the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Eileen's ranch this year. The four kids got a lot of eggs. Ellie, Gavin and friend Sofia loved searching for eggs in the tall grass. Aunt Erin, Ethan and Sofia got plenty of eggs. And Gavin found the silver egg. Relaxing on the grass and eating lunch. Then it was games for the little kids. Sharon with the kids with on an ox cart.
