Following the success of the 2011/12/13/14 festivals, Finmere will host the 2015 festival on Saturday 5th. September. Events will include Dog Show, 5km Fun Run, a vartiety of Arena Displays. And, of course, a Beer Festival. Featuring a selection of local beers and ciders, plus a Sound stage featuring local artists. Will take place in the beer tent (where else. The 5km fun run will take place over mixed terrain around the village of Finmere. The course will include field, footpath and country road surfaces. Categories of runners will be divided by gender and age groups (junior and senior). Junior runners are defined by the age 12 - 16 years. Minimum age for entry is 12 year .no maximum. Awards will be made within those categories and runners are required to complete an entry form prior to the event. Cost of entry in the fun run is 4. Listed on Runners World.

Arts, Crafts and Trade stands. Pitches are available in widths of 3m. and 5m. Costs of pitches are: 20 and 30 respectively and costs are for pitch space only. Tables are available for hire at a cost of 4 each. Please see the terms and conditions. Pitches will be allocated around the central arena. Vehicle access to pitches is available from 8.00am. - 12.00 noon and from 5.30pm. Vehicle movement, except in the case of emergency, will be restricted during the afternoon period of the festival.

The show is not Kennel Club licenced and is purely designed to offer a fun day. For owners and spectators. Dogs may be entered for more than one category. Registration is required prior to an event and there may be a restriction on the number of dogs participating in each event. Costs are £2 per dog per category. Or £5 for 3 categories. Show categories will include Breed, Fun, Agility and Games categories. An exhibition and display of Bernese Mountain Dogs will also take place during the afternoon.

The festival takes pride in offering food and drink from local and regional sources. The Beers and Ciders are sourced from the local and regional breweries and the BBQ meats are sourced from local butchers, so. The Cakes and Snacks available will be sourced within the local villages.
