It's probably their favourite toy, favourite show (I never thought I'd see the day when anything was more loved than Paw Patrol.) and their favourite thing to do (run around and wrestle) usually begins with, "Hey, I'm Optimus! Sometimes when I'm doing my daily things I wonder if I should be so out of touch,. When it seems like everybody else has never been so 'in'. The social media world has wrapped us all up into one and there's no longer the world out there and the world in here, in the home. But right or wrong, I'm fighting it in my own way. When Jesse was born I changed because his happiness became more important than my own. I was willing to sacrifice anything to help him succeed and thrive. Of course looking back I did a lot of it wrong :) But I do feel like Jesse accepted my offering and knows how much I love him and we have a deep connection because of that! When he came back from Houston the other day he ran straight into my arms, gave me the biggest hug and cried! I was so glad that even though he had so much fun he still missed me.
