LOVIN' IT IN MONTANA! Saturday, December 6, 2008. This year for Thanksgiving we decided to stay here in Montana and have dinner at our house. We invited over the Campbells and had a great time. I first soaked the turkey using a brine that I got from Emeril Lagasse. I then cooked the turkey breast side down in hopes of having the white meat less dry. IT WORKED!
