Fly Fishing Throughout The West. Enjoyable Time In Bishop →. Fishing on Warm Springs Creek. July 25, 2014. What a great morning fishing on Warm Springs Creek. It is about 10 miles outside Ketchum, ID. It’s about 20 feet across in some places and is surrounded by hills on both sides. Fishing was decent. We have never fished there before but within just a few casts we both had our first fish of the day. The sky was picture perfect blue and the weather was in the high 60s to low 70s. Perfect for fishing!

We headed South down Highway 75 and stopped at the Highway 20 junction. After doing some fishing in the Big Wood River we got back in the car and went to the little town of Fairfield with a population of about 398 people.
