我的记性一向不好。有些书读过就忘了，拿来重读一遍，居然完全不记得。 这两天把张小娴的《荷包里的单人床》又读了一遍。读到一个小细节，女主角苏盈的朋友说她以前的男朋友要离开她，她和他发生关系，希望通过身体将他留下来。结果第二天，那个男人说，记得有空把欠他的三千块钱还给他。 不知道为什么，其他的故事一点印象都没有了，但是这个小到不能再小的配配角的戏份，我居然记得。砰地，我想起，这个故事我读过。 昨天，还只看了一半的时候，有种期盼故事的发展方向。忽然想到，现在的我，和第一次读的时候，是不是很不同了呢？ 不知道以前的我是不是会盼望着浪漫，希望苏盈终究能和云生在一起。其实我很怀疑，我一向是个不喜欢一见钟情的人。 但是那个人没有在等她。小说有时候很残酷。我那时甚至想，退一步，希望她的那个一起开店的老朋友，那个自己无论走到哪儿都知道有人会惦记的朋友，会后来成为她的爱人。 我想，现在的我，是很不喜欢云生的吧。虽然巧合的是，我自己曾写过一个小说，主人公的名字也叫做云生。 PS，真失败，居然最后想到这首歌，但是我想，连听这首歌的已经都不同了呢……. 时间： 9/11/2009 03:26:00 下午.

上个月比较悲剧，本来因为二月过年大家都没时间，所以做了2-3月合刊。很多杂志都有合刊，比如说美国的F&SF就每年一次合刊，这本来也没什么关系。但最后悲剧的是连合刊都没来及完成，最后变成了2-4月合刊，4月2号才放出来。 直接结果就是很多人以为新幻界挂了，也导致新幻界这期下载量很低。不过好在大家都心有愧疚，监督力度也大了，5月刊最近催的正紧。 5月我负责的是Greg Egan的一篇，《茧》，用硬科幻手法讲同性恋问题的。我看到文的时候在那里感叹啊，真是天下大同了，什么时候这个话题变成了热门话题了呢。。。 12298;新幻界》是我知道的支撑时间最久的网络科幻/幻想杂志了，而且从目前大家的积极性来看，我们还会继续支撑下去。几十个人，靠着简单的梦想凝聚在一起，无私的劳动，被人拿鞭子催啊催的，边偷懒边赶工，依然很开心。想想是否算是一种幸福呢？ 新幻界（New Realm of fantasy and science fiction）官方网站： http:/ www.nrfsf.com/. 豆瓣小组： http:/ www.douban.com/group/xinhuanjie/. 初听起来，刚启动时需...

上周去了黄石，很漂亮。很喜欢那里的地貌——温泉（hot spring不是能泡的那种），间歇泉（geyser），还有动物天堂般的草地，当然不能忘了Canon的上下两个瀑布了，峡谷之中，绚丽异常啊。 其实黄石最有名的应该属它独特的地貌了：那里地热资源发达——黄石曾经是个大火山，以前喷发过很多次，现在每年也会有大大小小无数次地震。有些泉水温度高达95度，在当地高原环境下已经超过了水的沸点。不同温度下生活的微生物/细菌形成了色彩斑斓的彩色湖水，很好看。 虽然我不是学地质或地理的，但是总觉得应该多少写些什么。最近实在太忙了，先那小本本记下帐。。。。。。 时间： 8/29/2008 11:11:00 上午. 今年的奥运，不断地出现惊喜和黑马，男女团体体操、佩剑，加上以前的跳水举重等强项，让人看得眼花缭乱。还有很多中国以前不擅长甚至没有的项目，比如马术，比如男子游泳，现在开始有运动员出来了。真好。 时间： 8/13/2008 05:02:00 下午. 8212;—英国专家：人类拯救地球只剩7年zz. 以下转载- - - - - - - -. 如果地球继续变暖，带有疟疾病菌的蚊子将在英国、欧...麦克古尔估计ʌ...

雨果奖提名，经典作品，翻译，及其他. 看到北星的帖子，提起雨果奖提名，才恍然发现又是一年的读书时了。 以前总是在雨果或者星云奖提名的时候，趁机会读一些去年外国的科幻小说，虽然说实话，一般主要只读short story。但是今年的雨果奖似乎从四月份提名开始到现在，还没怎么读过几篇。 其实每次这么读几篇就发觉，其实外国的科幻有的写的也不怎么样，还是获奖提名呢。所以也会对国内的科幻有点信心——总是拿别人获了奖，经过几十年时间检验的经典作品拿来（我是说sfw译文版）和每个月出一次的sfw的文章比，当然比不上了。但是如果看看它们每年获奖候选的文，也就发现其实差距也没那么大。让自己有点信心不是。 另一个发现，就是好像自己很久都没有翻译了。自己的兴趣虽然老是一阵一阵的，但我并不觉得这是因为自己对翻译失了兴趣。还是忙吧。忙里还想偷偷闲，打打游戏爬爬山还有《新幻界》什么的。看来不可能兼顾的，一旦时间不够用了，有些东西就被推到后面去了。 好像有些乱了，想到哪儿就说到哪儿了。头脑思绪不怎么清楚，不过没关系，随便说说而已。 时间： 7/29/2009 03:20:00 下午. 订阅： 帖子 (Atom).
