Ok heres a recipe that you will love and so will your picky eater kids! 1 lb lean ground turkey. 1 small onion, chopped. 1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed. 1 tsp chilli powder. Juice of 1 lemon. 1 TB oat bran. Sea salt to taste. 4 whole wheat tortillas. 1 cup shredded low fat Monterrey Jack cheese. 1 cup romiane lettuce. Cook turkey in pan, add onion and peppers. Add beans, chiili p, lemon juice, oat bran, and salt. Wednesday, 12 October 2011. 2 tsp baking soda.
