The world is wonderful! 7m run completed, found myself a bit far away from home and out of steam so had to walk the last mile and a bit. I had to take a few walk breaks to catch my breath but my legs felt good. Must be all those good luck wishes 😁. It is Pantomime time and, as my hero will tell you, I have a small part. But, to be honest – I shouldn’t have to say that, you should now be thinking He must usually lie. I woke up with that feeling of having swallowed an ironing board. I am a human plank and have flexibility only in my wrists, ankles and eyesockets.
