I try to fit a mix of both cardio exercise (long and slow, or quick intervals) and resistance training (full body for the most part) into my week. I don’t have much trouble motivating myself to go out for a run (if the weather is nice…) plugged into a good book or podcasts. I also love going out for a group road ride or hike. These things I truly enjoy. Please share your experiences in the comments.
