Given my recent history - one post in October and one post in September - my goal is considerably more modest: post more than once in November! Two weeks school was closed each Tuesday for parent-teacher conferences. Then this week they are off for Thanksgiving. December weekends are all booked up already, and my 20 th. Church holds ea...

http://akainnj.blogspot.com/2012/12/christmas-tales.html
Tuesday, December 11, 2012. In honor of the season I'm breaking out our 2006 fake Christmas letter again for your enjoyment! Hello, it is I, Theo dog; canine consultant to the Amazing Anthonys. Once again it is time for my Christmas missive, as my people are far too humble to bore you with this dreck. Since they bought me my own computer, I feel compelled to be productive. Sunday, April 22, 2012. Poblano Peppers: Where's the Beef? Top shelf, Ken, for the meals! Anyway, we had a lovely dinner last night with new friends, Carol and Denny. I made chiles rellenos poblanos with a stuffing of couscous, cilantro, and cheese, based on a recipe for cheese grits stuffed peppers. Which was excellent. Then, because I was intrigued with the idea of making my own chorizo, I tried a recipe for chorizo stew in the crockpot. Not too shabby! Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Blog about it, OBV!
