The Lonely Pixel Photography: Maggie Taylor - An Artist of Imagination and Wonder...
http://lisahowarth.blogspot.com/2010/09/maggie-taylor-artist-of-imagination-and.html
Tuesday, September 14, 2010. Maggie Taylor - An Artist of Imagination and Wonder. Using 19th century tin-types, photographs, and images, Maggie Taylor scanned them on a flatbed scanner. She then combines them with some other images that she photographed, acquired, or other objects that she scanned. These images are then composed, combined, and colorized by using Photoshop. In a typical image composed by Taylor, there can be as many as 40-60 layers! The Lonely Pixel Photography. Montreal, QC, Canada.

http://lisahowarth.blogspot.com/2010/09/lost-america-one-of-my-favorite.html
Thursday, September 9, 2010. Lost America - One of my favorite photographers. Wandering the deserted backroads of the American Southwest, Troy Paiva has explored the abandoned underbelly of America since the 1970s. Since 1989 he’s been taking pictures of it . . . at night, by the light of the full moon. The Lonely Pixel Photography. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Lonely Pixel Photography.
