Jannell's Kitchen: December 2011
http://jannellskitchen.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
The place where cooking and "self diagnosed perfection disorder" meet. Thursday, December 22, 2011. Um, if something isn't broken.please don't try and either fix it, or reinvent it. I tried reinventing chicken tortilla soup with a new recipe. Eww It was gross. The recipe (which I will NOT post) called for beer as the main liquid and then canned tomatoes and tomato sauce. So acidic.adding sugar didn't save it. It was all kinds of painful. In the garbage it went. And I hate it when that happens.

http://jannellskitchen.blogspot.com/2010/03/last-cheesecake-recipe-you-will-ever.html
The place where cooking and "self diagnosed perfection disorder" meet. Monday, March 1, 2010. The last cheesecake recipe you will ever need. Cheesecake is just one of those things, isn't it? Now you are "bad full". Not just full, but unbutton you pants, wish you hadn't been born full. And really, who wants that? Holy waaaaay off track, Batman. So as I was saying. I bet you could even eat two pieces and still not be "bad full". Buckle your seat belts, you won't use another cheesecake recipe ever again.

http://jannellskitchen.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
The place where cooking and "self diagnosed perfection disorder" meet. Wednesday, February 27, 2013. I tossed around the idea of adapting my other cheesecake recipe. To be the size of cupcakes. I must remind everyone that I do not adapt anything. I follow the recipe and especially when I am baking. But I mostly wanted to see if it could be done while retaining the lightness and integrity of the original texture/taste etc. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). See You in September Your Assignment. Jannell's Kitchen: Cooking Competition
http://jannellskitchen.blogspot.com/2012/07/cooking-competition.html
The place where cooking and "self diagnosed perfection disorder" meet. Monday, July 23, 2012. About a week or so, Antonio came home from his dads wanting to make chicken parmesan. Random, but I was jazzed that he was interested in a different dinner. The repetition can be a killer. I sliced the chicken breasts lengthwise so they would cook quicker and not just be a hunk of chicken with sauce. Pan sautéed them in some olive oil. oh, before that I seasoned them (always do that first! I found the bread crum...
