You Know carrot and sprouts do great to our health,if you add little tangy ingredients to this it tastes great toooooooo. It is simple to make but benefits are countless. 1 Cup - Bean Sprouts. 2 Tbsp - Lime juice. 1 Tbsp - Vinegar. 1/2 Tbsp - sugar. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and keep it like that for 15 mins.thats all,enjoy with any juice.

Not being a morning person has caused this food review to go a little differently. I wanted to review a breakfast meal at a one of the many cafe’s San Francisco has.
