Building a Florence with Ryan Homes 2013. Saturday, February 23, 2013. I decided to take a ride out to see the house yesterday since I was off from work. I'm glad I did because we have some siding! It was also nice to see the other homes and the progress they have made. The Sienna across the street from us is practically catching up to us so I'm happy about that. So far we are the only house on our block and I would've been lonely. On Monday, no siding. On Friday there's siding! More work down the block.

We were not playing around and got right down to business like we had planned. The entire weekend I had family over helping us unpack, decorate, hang up curtains and blinds and we even hosted our first big dinner-Easter! First time home buyer. April 5, 2013 at 3:48 PM. When I finally received it I was surprised to see that it was completed on March 4th.so why am I receiving it now? On another note, have you noticed the changes in the Florence floor plan? I think it's cool that RH is making these subtle changes to an existing floor plan. Makes it all not so cookie cutter :-). First time home buyer. OMGGG look who I met?
