The Bat: THE DAM A Parable By Gabriel Fasnacht
http://thebat-gl.blogspot.com/2012/04/dam-parable-by-gabriel-fasnacht.html
Saturday, April 14, 2012. THE DAM A Parable By Gabriel Fasnacht. There was once a river—a really big big river. It was very peaceful there at first. Then some evil beavers moved in to it and made a dam—an evil dam. The left side of the river got lower while the other side got higher. The left side of the river got lower and lower and lower. And the right side of the river got higher and higher and higher. Then when there was only two inches of water left on the left side of the river.

Tuesday, October 28, 2008. My Blue Shoes Poem. They are my new blue shoes. I love them so much. It makes me want to kiss them a lot. My new blue shoes that I got. So that is the end of my poem. But I just got one more rhyme to make: my new blue shoes are great! Wednesday, October 15, 2008. When Dad was a kid he was very handsome. And he is still handsome right now. His hair mostly. He looks good. And I love my dad so much! Wednesday, October 8, 2008. How Sharp I Looked. Don't I look sharp, Dad?

The Bald Eagle: All Sstar
http://thebaldeagle-cb.blogspot.com/2013/01/all-sstar.html
Wednesday, January 30, 2013. Somebody once told me the world is gonna roll me. I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed. She was looking kind of dumb with her finger and her thumb. In the shape of an "L" on her forehead. Well the years start coming and they don't stop coming. Fed to the rules and I hit the ground running. Didn't make sense not to live for fun. Your brain gets smart but your head gets dumb. So much to do so much to see. So what's wrong with taking the back streets. I said yep what a concept.

http://rollingschoolhouse.blogspot.com/2009/10/mid-week-3.html
Tuesday, October 6, 2009. The amount of handwriting is increasing and so are the moans. But I must say their penmanship is improving :D. I started reading a new poetry book today. "Tour America: A Journey Through Poems and Art" by Diane Siebert. We only read the first two poems but they've already captured our attention! I can almost hear the moans beginning. Rolling Schoolhouse: Wasn't Christmas break a few weeks ago?
http://rollingschoolhouse.blogspot.com/2009/02/wasnt-christmas-break-few-weeks-ago.html
Sunday, February 8, 2009. Wasn't Christmas break a few weeks ago? Orthe case of the missing calendar. It seems I don't know how to keep track of time anymore. We've taken too many days off once again. I don't really regret it. The kids have had so much fun. As soon as we moved back into the RV they were off on the bikes checking in with their friends and meeting new ones. But even the balmiest of days must draw to a close. The next few days we will begin the process of organized learning once again.

Rolling Schoolhouse: March 2009
http://rollingschoolhouse.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 15, 2009. I want to go back to paper and pencil! Once again we fall behind - through no fault or laziness - just faulty technology. I'm not happy. Not happy at all. My computer succumbed to a dasterdly virus and is now being professionally cleaned and repaired. When I get it back I will need to reinstall every program I use. I am not happy. At this rate, we won't get our summer vacation! Thursday, March 5, 2009. Back in the groove. Curriculum so now we'll do some research projects and read ...
