Eventually one of the students found a skateboard so we all, in turn, learned how to ride it. The first day in the hangar was spent bumbling. About and getting bored. The Nancy. Very high quality Winsock manufacturers. Monday, 5 April 2010. Later that day the Limo turned up to pick me up - yes, you guessed it the very same VW. Cracked windscreen and all with the same driver. We were off to meet with Nancy. Firstly though, we met up with some of the other Brit's who were there for flying. Nancy was a portly lady and immediately on meeting with us she said, "We're off to the bank. No pay No fly". At the Bank I drew out enough money for about 18 hours flying. To be continued soon.

Asked the receptionist. "Nancy's been looking for you". I went for a walk to the aerodrome where the lessons are supposed to take place" I said. She cried in a very surprised voice. I took a walk to the aerodrome". To which she exclaimed "YOU WALKED! You must never do that again; it too dangerous". Is a disused US Airforce.
