The Hunt You'll Remember". Hello My name is Paul Fisher. For many years I had been mounting birds for myself and close friends. In 2000 I took a private class from a multiple World Champion Bird Taxidermist. In 2001 and 2002 I won Best of Show Professional Division, at the Iowa Taxidermy Association Competition. To achieve this the Judges take the winners of all the Best of Category (Game heads, fish, reptiles, birds, etc.) and set them side by side and decide which entry wins the Best of Show.
