http://followingthechainline.blogspot.com/2012/06/how-to-convert-to-single-speed-with.html

North East Single Speed. Friday, 1 June 2012. How To Convert A Bike To Single Speed - Vertical Drop Out Frame. You will need Specialist bike tools for this job and there may be variations depending on your drivetrain. To start you will need to buy the conversion kit. I've used a 32t front here on a 16t rear, having a 2:1 ratio which is good place to start. 16t Cog with various spacers. 32t 104bcd Chainring (optional). Chainring bolts (short). Allen key Multi Tool. Workstand (Optional but it helps! At th...

How To Do A 24 Hour Solo Mountain Bike Race - What You're Going To Need - Part 1 ~ Following The Chainline

http://followingthechainline.blogspot.com/2012/05/how-to-do-24-hour-mountain-bike-race.html

North East Single Speed. Thursday, 3 May 2012. How To Do A 24 Hour Solo Mountain Bike Race - What You're Going To Need - Part 1. What do I need for a successful race? Some way riders get over this is to have two bikes on the day. If you're lucky enough to be in this position then take the spare, ensuring that is also in great working order. The only thing that should be considered for change is your chain and cassette if worn, and brake pads so check these out a couple of weeks before race day. Which are...

Racing with the bit Between my Teeth - North East MTB XC League ~ Following The Chainline

http://followingthechainline.blogspot.com/2013/07/racing-with-bit-between-my-teeth-north.html

North East Single Speed. Friday, 26 July 2013. Racing with the bit Between my Teeth - North East MTB XC League. Rd 4 - Darlington. If round three was a cold soggy, hilly affair and a disaster for me as a race, then Darlington was the complete opposite. As a course this was hard packed, low on technical sections, rolling and so promised to be exceptionally fast paced. Every short lap was rewarded with finishing on the man made bmx track over the table tops and the swooping berms. Round 5 - Errington.

My Love for all things Bikes. Monday, June 11, 2012. Flying Wheels Summer Century was yesterday! I had been warned that this was a hilly century, and it was. I believe there was 3800-3900 feet of elevation gain to be had. I would tell you exactly, but my dumb self forget to turn my Garmin 310 back on at one of my stops and didn't record "The Big. I was SO happy when I saw this place! 50 miles in. So hungry I don't even realize I'm voluntarily eating a hotdog. I really enjoyed it out there! 4000ft of clim...

My Love for all things Bikes. Tuesday, May 15, 2012. Training Run On Hapuna Beach. Sunset at Hapuna Beach after my run. Three days ago, I decided to do my run on the beach.barefoot.in the sand. Um, WTF was I thinking? My calves are still killing me! I'll tell you though, if I ran on the beach like that all the time, my leg muscles would be ridiculously enormous! May 16, 2012 at 3:48 AM. He's gonna attack Froome when the guy pokes himself in the eyeballs with one of his own flailing elbows, take 14 minutes on 'im in the neutral zone, and already be putting on the final maillot jaune in Paris while Froomey's still riding the second stage in the Pyrenees. My Love for all things Bikes. Friday, May 18, 2012. Compartmentalization: Not just a Coping Stategy! Happy Bike to Work Day! But not for this bike commuter. :(. Soooo Remember my little "fun run" on the beach? Like I said before, I knew better! I know running, and I know that I shouldn't have gone more than a half mile TOPS in that stupid sand! My Love for all things Bikes. Monday, August 20, 2012. Oh, the Ironman. After many months of training, I did indeed drop out of my Ironman competition. There were many reasons why, (but one main one) and I am still processing all of it. I wasn't physically injured, though at the time I almost wished I was, so I could save a little face. The truth is, I really don't have anything to be ashamed of. Do I have regrets? August 21, 2012 at 1:43 AM. August 21, 2012 at 7:43 AM. Thanks love. :). I was an asthmati...

My Love for all things Bikes. Tuesday, January 31, 2012. So why for the love of all that is Holy did I get up at 4 am do you ask? A dumb-ass Master's swim is my answer. So I heard that there was this "Master's Swim" every Mon, Wed, Fri from 5-6:30am, and I was thinking that there was a coach available for tips and training, and technique advice. Since I have had that wee little 20 year swimming vacation, I thought that this might be beneficial to me, but 5am was.well.5am! Thursday, January 26, 2012.

Following the Cloud | An Oklahoma girl seeking God

An Oklahoma girl seeking God. But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31 ( WEB. God what should I do? God why don’t you love me? Many times there are layers to the onion that we are not even aware of, that must be pealed before our miracle can take place.
