To start with, a small exhibition of our typefaces. If you click on the thumbnails, a larger image will show. Adobe Acrobat and Macromedia Flash plug-ins required. Nebulae is the first Luc(as) font that was released. The members of the Nebulae family have similar metrics, so they can be used on top of each other. The characters look like abstract psychedelic drawings in bigger sizes, but are surprisingly well to read in small sizes. Bigger view PDF 50Kb.

Von Lucas de Groot. Die Motter Regatta wurde ursprünglich aus einem Schriftzug für einen Segelclub abgeleitet. Das Alphabet soll den Eindruck von forteilender Bewegung, von sportlichem Schwung, von Segeln und frischem Wind wiedergeben. Die Buchstaben erinnern an gebauschte Segel und flatternde Banner. Der grundlegende Entwurf wurde mit Breitbandfeder geschrieben und dann ausgearbeitet.
