Sandias Meet | Three Meals of Goodness
https://3meals.wordpress.com/2007/05/09/sandiaz-meet
Three Meals of Goodness. I figure I should write something about the recent ‘floggers’ gathering. So here’s a little something that I compiled. I did not take much shots, all facial shots were virtually unrecognizable except one hence I decided to post only food shots. Just to recap, meeting you fellow food bloggers at Sandias is rather exciting! It’s rather like superheroes, you know … you never know their true identity. But of course, in our case . all you have to do is ask. By timlow2002 on May 9, 2007.

I'm not cooking: July 2010
http://imnotcooking.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Adventures of a lazy glutton. Saturday, July 17, 2010. Not good. not if you're there for drinks and to catch up with a bunch of friends and chill. it felt as though they weren't sure if they wanted to be a pub, club or restaurant and hence tried to be all three. So yes, not a place that's high up on my list of places to recommend - unless you have a small group of about 15-20 and need a little space inside for a party. the music's really pretty decent but as i said, not quite a club, pub or restaurant.

The Checkered Life: When in Türkiye
http://klpeopleklfood.blogspot.com/2011/04/when-in-turkiye.html
Of a corporate slave down south. Friday, April 15, 2011. Instead of being greeted by the friendly, classic good looking air hostesses, what caught my attention immediately was the passengers on this midnight flight bound for Istanbul. In the end some pointed downhill, some pointed further uphill, some left and some right (. What a good start to Istanbul. Ahhhthe grand Sultanahmet Camiiand! And pointing excitingly at a small tip of a building (erm, which wasn't blue). Http:/ www.weblogturkey.com. Antalya ...

The Checkered Life: Breakfast at Tsukiji
http://klpeopleklfood.blogspot.com/2010/10/breakfast-at-tsukiji.html
Of a corporate slave down south. Friday, October 29, 2010. Like the past 7 days in Kansai, Tokyo was pouring grumpily from day to night. In fact the wind was so strong that it broke my trusty black umbrella the night before at the cross-road of Shibuya. And I was on the verge of giving up on my Tsukiji breakfast. Fortunately I didn't as my senses kicked in. I reached Tsukiji late morning and it was still pouring. 8216;Nihongo Wakarimasen’. I continued walking around Tsukiji in the rain looking for more f...

The Checkered Life: Bongsen @ Suria KLCC
http://klpeopleklfood.blogspot.com/2007/01/bongsen-suria-klcc.html
Of a corporate slave down south. Sunday, January 14, 2007. Bongsen @ Suria KLCC. Today is a pleasant day for me. Everyone is in holiday mood, I did heaps of shopping and had a wonderful dinner at Bongsen. Bongsen is located at level 4 of Suria KLCC, a newly opened restaurant I guess. I decided to give Bongsen a try cus I was attracted by its claim as a restaurant with 'vietnamese and french flair'. But hei.where is the french element? I was expecting some fusion food like maybe vietnamese french bread?

The Checkered Life: Little princess and her durians
http://klpeopleklfood.blogspot.com/2007/07/lil-princess-and-her-durians.html
Of a corporate slave down south. Monday, July 09, 2007. Little princess and her durians. Last weekend we went to PD for a short trip and on our way back, we detoured to Mantin and bought some kampung durians, selonggok RM20 only but with so-so quality. The star of this post is the lil' princess in our family. Click here to view her profile. Which I have posted earlier on. Her fave food and fruits still remain as durians! See how she stares at the durian. *This is mine! July 09, 2007 10:04 AM. Now for the...

The Checkered Life: The BIG Bun
http://klpeopleklfood.blogspot.com/2007/07/big-bun.html
Of a corporate slave down south. Wednesday, July 04, 2007. I can't believe that my family had dimsum on every Sundays for the past four weeks. On last Sunday, my mum suggested exploring Taman Connaught for dimsum again 0 o. On the way to that dimsum restaurant, I spotted this van selling extraordinary big pau, a.k.a the well known Yip Chee May Big Bun. Apparently, the owner of this big pau factory was inspired by the Hong Kong sex goddess in the early 90s- Amy Yip. Now who is Amy Yip? For her stunning pix.

The Checkered Life: That 3 Days in an Island
http://klpeopleklfood.blogspot.com/2009/04/that-3-days-in-island.html
Of a corporate slave down south. Tuesday, April 21, 2009. That 3 Days in an Island. Different from what the title would imply, I’m not writing a hopelessly romantic getaway post. In fact, the trip was initiated by a not so amorous reason – to clear Fishy’s annual leave for the first quarter of 2009. Hokkaido was in the list. Koh Samui looks not too bad either. Http:/ www.pranaresorts.com/. A newly established boutique resort by my company in Koh Samui :D. Lunch was in the resort beside a muddy pool.
