Strain out the walnuts and discard. Then, using a coffee filter, strain out the sediment and put the nocino into bottles (or a small oak barrel, if you are so inclined), and age for at least six months. We had just under two weeks to get everything in order. Knowing that we were about to be separated for a good length of time, it was even more important to me to do something really spectacular for our anniversary.
