The stores have been closed due to snow, and roof repair, and I didn't want to venture further down the road. But I did want to get this recipe on before Valentine's day so that anyone who is looking for an idea might still have time to do this. 1 pkg (1lb 2 oz) Oreo cookies, finely crushed, divided. 1 pkg (8 oz) Cream cheese, softened. 2 pkg (8 squares each) BAKER'S semi-sweet chocolate, melted.

Saturday, June 13, 2009. We have been doing banana bread on birthdays so here is our recipe. 1 cup smashed banana. 1 cup sour cream. 1 1/3 cup sugar. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 tsp baking powder. Combine sour cream and banana and set aside. Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. after mixed stir in banana mixture. Combine all dry ingredients in separate bowl. Then combine together. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Makes 1 9x13 or 2 7x3 pans. Tuesday, June 9, 2009. I had to share!
