Healthy Cooking and Living. My journey to a wholesome healthy life! Well it’s day three of my new lifestyle! My family grilled out yesterday, with all kinds of yummy chicken and brats. Healthy Cooking and Living. My journey to a wholesome healthy life! Time to Juice again! I’m determined to only spend about 40 dollars a week on fruit and veggies for juicing each week. Last time I used a lot of price matching which cut my bill considerably, however with winter upon us the ads don’t include much fresh veg. So I’ll try to stretch my dollar as much as possible! Healthy Cooking and Living. My journey to a wholesome healthy life! Where did the week go? Ahhh six days since my last post! I’ve lost 6 pounds YAY! So the first week has been pretty awesome, the challenge is going to start Monday. I’ll be in school most of every day. I’m thinking it will be a struggle to avoid convenience foods once school starts. We’ll see how it goes however, and I’ll update you tomorrow or Monday on all the exciting details. I have knit on multiple continents, in different countries and in the comfort of my own home. I would love to have my own yarn shop someday. Until then, I work at my local yarn store and love it!
