I’ve been so busy the past couple of days with packing to move, studying, work and all that fun stuff. so I wasn’t able to really concentrate on the blog :(. Well, the bf and I are finally here in Houston! Hopefully we’ll also be going to Galveston. And putting together all of my IKEA furniture ;).

Yes, it is quite the challenge to eat vegan on campus (especially since all the vegetarian options are doused in either butter or cheese), but I try to make the most of the salad bar and do most my own grocery shopping at the local health food store.
