A great WordPress.com site. My favourite time of each month is when my cooking magazines arrive. This week, my latest issue of Ricardo magazine arrived. A great WordPress.com site. Monthly Archives: July 2013. Another weekend and another great dinner (if I do say so myself)! My sister-in-law took care of appetizers and I ended up with this menu for Sunday’s meal:. Grilled Beef Tenderloin (with a very robust rub and brushed with a “mop” during the grilling). What is a “mop”, ask? I made both a Horseradish cream sauce (again from a Bon Appetit magazine recipe) as an accompaniment to the tenderloin; I love horseradish with beef, and this is a great twist.

I’ve often thought about it, but either life or a lack of motivation got in the way. I’ve had a couple of people ask me about the blog and I realized it was time to make this a much more regular thing. Goat Cheese and Mushroom Quesadillas. Chicken Wellington with Mushrooms and Spinach. Chilled Limoncello Parfait with Raspberries. Posted on May 13, 2015. Send to Email Address.
